TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED; TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASSIONS. LAST DAY TO DROP IS SUNDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT

THIS IS A MVP TOURNAMENT, 2 PLAYERS IN EACH POOL WILL BE AWARDED AND MVP AWARD.

If we have enough teams, we will play the 3 Pool games and divide the bracket into DIAMOND, GOLD, AND SILVER brackets based off pool seeding. 10 TEAM MIN TO SPLIT BRACKETS into a Diamond or Gold Bracket. With 15 teams we will add a SILVER bracket.

This is an MVP Event a player from each team will receive an MVP Medal in each Pool game!

Make sure you get an MVP card at each pool plate meeting from the umpire. Pick a MVP from the opposing team, write her number on the card and give it to her coach. The player will take the card to the onsite TD to receive her MVP Metal.

PROTESTS ARE $100, WIN YOUR PROTEST, GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND WINS THE GAME. The team will take a 7-0 Forfeit and the player will be removed from the Tournament . The Head Coach will be gone for the next game. Protest must be made before the Game is over. Coaches it is your responsibility to have your birth certificates handy in case your player gets protested.

No games played 100% refund.

*If 2nd game has started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund. 

Awards will be given based on Pool results.

Weather delays can occur for lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to a 1 Day Single Elimination Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather. 

Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

***Insurance is also available for purchase through NCS if needed***

If your insurance is not approved their will be a $30 charge to buy a policy for the event, to be paid before your first game. 9 times out of 10 the issue is NCS isn't named as an additional insured on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.

Team MUST have a minimum of 9 players on Roster- NO EXCEPTIONS
