*MVP Award for the winner only in the Championship games in every division. Coach selects a player.

This is an MVP Event a player from each team will receive an MVP Medal in each Pool game!

Make sure you get an MVP card at each pool plate meeting from the umpire. Pick an MVP from the opposing team, write her number on the card and give it to her coach. The player will take the card to the onsite TD to receive her MVP Metal.

Division will be split with 10+ teams

BRACKET

DOUBLE Elimination *No IF Game.

70-minute finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER

ITB Last batted out goes to 2nd, 1 OUT, no count on batter. *If a new inning starts, we will start with the Base Loaded last 3 outs starting on 3rd base in order 3,2,1. We will have 2 outs and Full Count. Till we have a winner. 

6 runs per half.

Bat straight 9 and DP/ Flex or Bat 11 with 2 EH.

PROTESTS

ARE $100, WIN YOUR PROTEST, GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND WINS THE GAME. The team will take a 7-0 Forfeit, and the player will be removed from the Tournament. The Head Coach will be gone for the next game. Protest must be made before the Game is over. Coaches it is your responsibility to have your birth certificates handy in case your player gets protested. 

ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR POLICY

No Alcohol/No Pets/No Glass

Refunds/Rain out Policy:

*NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS OUT*

No games played 100% refund.

1 game played 50% refund.

2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND

*If 2nd game has started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund. 

SEEDING:

**If we cannot continue due to weather and all teams have played 2 games, awards will be giving out. 

Pool**Awards will be given based on Pool results if bracket has not started due to Weather. 

Bracket**Awards will be given based on Bracket results with the Top 2 seeds in the Winners Bracket in all brackets. 

Weather delays:

They can occur for lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to a

1 Day Single Elimination Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather. 

INSURANCE:

Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

***Insurance is also available for purchase through NCS if needed***

If your insurance is not approved by Friday at 5pm there will be a $30 charge to buy a weekend policy for the event, 9 times out of 10 the issue is NCS isn't named as an additional insured on the bottom left-hand corner on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.

Team MUST have a minimum of 8 players on Roster.

All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event at 11:59 pm.
