2025 Wildflower Classic (6GG)

This tournament is a 6 Game Guarantee!  All games played at the beautiful Crossroads Park in Temple, TX!

CTYSA's annual "Wildflower Classic" Tournament - A beautiful sport, at a beautiful complex, during a beautiful time of the year!

Tournament Format:

4 non-seeded pool games into double elimination bracket.

Blind Draw at check-in

*Pool Games:

60 minute, finish the batter

5 runs per half inning

*Bracket Games:

70 minute, finish the inning

Double Elimination bracket 

Unlimited runs per half 

DP/FLEX and 1 EH is allowed in the same line-up

Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

*Umpire Fees (Pay at the Plate):

$45 Pool / $50 Bracket 

*Mercy Rule:

12 runs after 2 complete innings

10 runs after 3 complete innings

8 runs after 4 complete innings

6 runs after 5 complete innings

*ITB (International Tie Breaker):

- ITB: runners at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

*Gate Fee:

$15 Daily / $20 Weekend Pass

Kids 12 and under - FREE

TEAMS MUST BE AT THEIR FIELD AND  READY TO PLAY 20 MIN PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED GAME TIME!

Other Rules:

Concessions on site. 

No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed in the complex.

One Team Cooler allowed

NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, PETS ALLOWED IN COMPLEX (Per City Ordinance)

*Rain-Out Information:

0 games played = full refund minus $10 admin fee

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund

**A game started is a game played

*Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.

Entry Fee & Payment Methods:

Payment Deadline is April 28th

Entry fee can be paid with Venmo (@CTYSA-Softball ), PayPal (@CTYSA ), and Cash App ($CTYSA ) .Make sure to note your team name and age division when sending payment.

*No refunds for dropping on or after Monday, April  28th.

Online Roster and Team Insurance:

Teams will be required to have their roster listed online.  No write-in rosters will be accepted.  Players can not play on multiple teams during the tournament.  Teams will also be required to have team insurance uploaded online.

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded Rings (15)!
