House Rules
Red Oak is turf 8u 12u 14u
No metal spikes, no seeds of any kind, no gum, no sugary drinks in the dugouts.
No outside food or drink allowed in the complex. No grilling in the parking lot near the concessions.
1 Team cooler with water, fruits, ect is allowed
No pets unless you have service papers
No MUSIC before 9am or after 6pm. Strictly enforced
No Alcohol

Coaches you are responsible for your fans. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. If a parent is asked to leave the facility, the Head Coach goes for that game and the next.
Red Oak Complex: We will give 1 warning about the music. The next incident your team will be banned from playing music the remainder of the tournament.
Make sure your insurance is uploaded and APPROVED on your NCS team page. If your insurance is not approved their will be a $30 charge to buy a policy for the event, to be paid before your first game. 9 times out of 10 the issue is NCS isn't named as an additional insured on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.
Please make sure rosters are online. If a player is protested and found not to be on your roster, the player is removed from the tournament and the head coach goes for that game and the next. The team takes a 7-0 forfeit loss.
Protests are $100. Protest procedure: notify the umpire you want to protest, the umpire will get the onsite TD. Pay the TD $100 before your protest is made. If you win the protest you get your money back. You can not protest a judgment call.

MVP Award for the Championships
MVP AWARDS IN ALL POOL GAMES
Make sure you get an MVP card at each pool plate meeting from the umpire. Pick a MVP from the opposing team, write her number on the card and give it to her coach. The player will take the card to the onsite TD to receive her MVP ring.

We have multiple facilities in RED OAK, Corsicana, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, and surrounding areas to accommodate 60+ teams. Venues can and will change due to number of teams, weather, ect. Be prepared to play within 45 miles
