event, with great prizes, good concessions, and an all around great experience for our youth and their biggest fans.

Event Info

BAT RAFFLE FOR EACH AGE DIVISION WITH 6+ TEAMS. WINNERS GET TO CHOOSE ANY

IN STOCK BAT FROM HEADBANGER SPORTS.

ALL PLAYERS FROM EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE A RAFFLE TICKET UPON ARRIVAL.

4 Game Guarantee

2 pool games into double elimination...No IF Game

POOL PLAY

8u

Pool- 55 mins drop dead/not finish the batter

6 runs per half

Pool play can end in a tie

Bat any number of your roster with no less than 9

BRACKET PLAY

8U

 55 minute finish the inning

6 runs per half 

Cannot end in a tie, a winner must be declared

Bat any number of your roster with no less than 9

POOL PLAY

12U & 14U

Pool- 60 mins drop dead/ not finish the batter

6 runs per half.

Bat any number of your roster with minimum of 9, courtesy runner can be from subs OR your last out

Free defensive subs

BRACKET PLAY

12U & 14U
70 mins finish the inning.

No run limit per half

Teams can bat no less than 9 players and no more than 13

Courtesy runners for pitcher/catcher only, if you have subs the courtesy runner MUST come from your subs, if no subs then last out will be courtesy.

Mercy rule in effect for all pool and bracket play

Runners will be placed on 2nd & 3rd with 1 out.

Last out on 2nd base

Out prior the above on 3rd base

0-0 count on the batter.

Protests are $100, Refunded if you win your protest.

We will play by the rules listed at www.playncs.com 

Rosters MUST be online no exceptions, failure to have players listed online could cause 

your team to be protested, at which point any and all players not listed will become ineligible.

Metal spikes are allowed for 14u & up age divisions

Awards

Championship rings will be awarded to all 1st place finishers

Finalist rings will be awarded to all 2nd place finishers

MVP Awards for all pool games

Each Age division with 6+ teams will have a raffle for a new in stock bat from www.headbangersports.com

Drawings will be held at the conclusion of pool play

Behavior at Event

~Outsider Events~ has zero tolerance for disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any coach, player, fan, or parent will be ejected an removed from the 

event and complex for adverse behavior towards tournament officials, workers, or umpires.
