18 and up: $15

One-time Weekend Fee:

With 8-12 teams that register, we will have the following brackets: DIAMOND and GOLD

With less than 8 teams, we will only have the DIAMOND bracket

MVP Awards for all pool games (Coaches recommendation)

MVP Awards for the bracket championship games (Coaches recommendation)

Umpires:

PAP $45 for Pool Games (70 minute games)

PAP $45 for Bracket Games (75 minute games)

Pool Games:

Two games

70 minute games

Finish the batter

Can end in a tie

6 runs per half inning

run rule in effect 10/3 8/4 6/5

Can bat the lineup

Free defensive substitutions

Courtesy runner can be a sub or if no subs on lineup then the last batted out

Bracket Games:

Double elimination

75 minute games

Finish the inning (winner required)

After 75 minutes: use ITB - last batted out goes to 2B, 1 out, no count on batter

Unlimited runs per half

Run rule in effect 10/3 8/4 7/5

Lineup: you can Bat 9, Bat 11 with 2 EH, Bat 10 with an EH and DP/Flex, or bat the lineup

Courtesy runner can be a sub or if no subs on lineup then the last batted out

Rain out policy:

No games played -100% refund

1 pool game played - 50% refund

2 pool games played - 0% refund

Awards will be given based off pool results if no bracket games are played

Teams are accepted in order of payment received.

Final payments are due by 12 pm on Wednesday, July 3rd

Last day to drop with full refund is by 11;59 pm on Sunday, July 7th

Schedules will post no later than Wednesday, July 10th
