For Southwest High School parking go to trail lake and turn into parking lot below fields next to football field.
For Clark Stadium Triplex it will be off i20 next to Clark Stadium and Wilkerson & Grienes
For YMCA Sports Complex it will be on Altamesa Blvd.

TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED; TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASSIONS. LAST DAY TO DROP IS THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT
*Coaches: please check in at the concession stand upon arrival for check-in for coaches wristbands. You are granted 3 wristbands PER TEAM you can attach the wristband to bucket, bag or wrist. If coach do not have wristband the next day, they will be charged.

Pool play will determine seeding

All 1st place team will receive Championship Rings and Banner
All Finalist will receive Finalist Ring and Banner
GAME TIME LIMTS
60 Minute Pool Play dead/75 Minute Bracket drop dead
Run Rule= 12 after 3/10 after 4/8 after 5
REFUNDS/RAIN OUT POLICY
*NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS OUT*
No games played 100% refund.
1 game played 50% refund.
2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND
*If 2nd game has started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund.
Weather delays can occur for lightning/severe weather. PlayNCS has the right to alter format to a 1 Day Single Elimination Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.
Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.
