Free Entry Chain Event

Chain Event!! Champions will receive chains, Runner up will receive rings.

We will also give out MVP rings!

Free team entry+pap There will be a team gate fee of $150 we will not charge at the gate!

No outside food!! Concessions will be open. Coolers are allowed!

First team to get sanctioned  and signed up in each age group will get FULL sanction fee back ALL other teams will get half of your sanction fee back at the end of the tournament!!

Tournament format 4GG 3 pool games single elimination (pool games will seed you!!)

Pool games 60 minutes, bracket games 70 minutes. All 8u games will be 60minutes

10u-14u pap 45

Rain Policy: If tournament is rained out before you played a game you will get half of the team gate fee back. If you start a game you will not get any of the gate fee back.

8u: 6 runs per inning

Run Rules: 12 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4

Protest are $100. Win your protest you will get your money back.

Roster Freeze: All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event at 11:59pm.

Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff will not appear on the public view team’s page and may cause a protest. Players on the roster that are not on the public view will still be eligible.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior.

 Any fan, parent, player or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone at the tournament.

We have the right to keep any person from entering the property due to disrespectful and adverse behavior.

Speakers and radios are allowed. Please be respectful of the other teams that are participating.

Refunds: Once schedules are posted, there will be no refunds for teams that withdraw.

Team Insurance: You will need team insurance to participate in NCS tournament, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured.

You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. You must upload your insurance to your team profile before the event.
