TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS. 

**We will accept donations for Food for Families at the gate. We ask and encourage each team to participate in the food drive. Team Entry will be refunded to the team who donates the most non-perishable food items to help local families in need.**

Tournament format is 5 GG: 3 non-seeded pools to a double elimination bracket.

Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each age division. 

Pool:

-55 minutes, finish the batter, can end in a tie

-bat your lineup, free subs

-5 runs per half inning

-$40 PAP

Bracket:

-70 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner

-ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, no count

-no run rule per half inning

-Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub.

-Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Weather delays can occur for rain/lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

For each game not played of the 5GG, a $30 refund will be given. A game started is a game played. No refunds after 4 games played. No refunds for dropping after withdrawal deadline. 

Full concession on site- NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK, OR PERSONAL COOLERS. This policy is strictly enforced by the facility.

Gate

Adults: $15/day

$20/weekend pass

Kids under 12 are free.

Cashapp, Venmo, and Cash accepted at the gate.

Credit/debit cards accepted at concessions.

*Each team receives THREE coach wristbands and ONE team cooler band.*
