TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS. 

**We will be taking toy donations at the gate for Ronald McDonald House. We ask and encourage teams to participate in the Toy Drive. The team who donates the most toys in each age division will be refunded their team entry! Children's blankets and books also accepted!**

Tournament format is 5 GG: 3 seeded pools to a double elimination bracket.

Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each age division. 

Pool:

-55 minutes, finish the inning, can end in a tie

-bat your lineup, free subs

-5 runs per half inning (8U/10U only), Older divisions: 3 outs required to finish the inning 

-$40 PAP

Bracket:

-70 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner

-ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, no count

-no run rule per half inning

-Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub.

-Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Weather delays can occur for rain/lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

For each game not played of the 5GG, a $30 refund will be given. A game started is a game played. No refunds for dropping after withdrawal deadline. 

Full concession on site- NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK, OR PERSONAL COOLERS. This policy is strictly enforced by the facility.

Adults: $15/day

$20/weekend

Kids under 12 are free.

Credit/debit cards accepted at concessions.

*Each team receives THREE coach wristbands and ONE team cooler band.*
